FAQ

Fullair air fiber is made from a thermoplastic polyester elastomer extrusion process to form a 3D mesh structure. The material meets the EU food-grade safety standards, the EU RoHS standard, and does not contain toxic and hazardous substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals.

No chemicals are added during the production process and as a body contact product, we treat it at a food safety level to ensure maximum protection.

Absolutely! With our 100-night guarantee, sleep safe knowing that you can return your mattress if you don’t absolutely love it.

Because of the polymer structure, the mattress itself will not produce any dust. The Fullair mattress is washable, fully breathable, and completely dry at all times, creating a not-so-friendly environment for dust mites, mold, and germs. (the most common reasons for wheezing and coughing spells)

Yes, we believe it’s very suitable. First of all, all our materials are safe and will not cause any allergies.

On top of that, due to the unique fiber loop structure, the Fullair mat does not produce debris and dust, nor does it support the growth of dust mites and bacteria, thus creating a cleaner sleep environment.

Simply wash - or even steam! - your mattress regularly to eliminate any chances of allergies happening.

It’s very simple! The mattress has two parts that need separate washing - the top cover and the inner layer.

To wash the mattress, unzip the top cover to reveal the inner Fullair layer. Feel free to use the washing machine to wash the top cover but make sure you wash the Fullair inner layer by hand.

Our suggestion is to use the shower nozzle to rinse the Fullair layer and then leave it in a well-ventilated spot until fully dry. Then just zip back everything together and voila - a

mattress that’s free from dust mites and mold!
